About the role

The Senior ERP Application Analyst uses a wide application of principles, theories, and concepts related to Human Resource and Payroll and/or Supply Chain and/or Finance and/or nurse scheduling and/or IS business processes and ERP systems, to provide solutions to a diverse array of difficult problems. May lead medium project and work teams and will work on a number of complex business applications. Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems and devices or modifies procedures to process data and solve problems.  Review schedules, cost and documentation to ensure success of projects.  Mentors and assists others in support of applications, projects and goals. Typically deals with users to determine appropriate requirements of complex systems.

Required qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering or Commerce; or a combination of education and relevant experience (at least 5 years of functional experience)
  • 5 years of application design, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more of the following large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems: UKG, Premier, Oracle Cloud suite, Oracle EBS/EPM (Hyperion, etc.) Applications, PeopleSoft, Workday, Kronos, a time & attendance module of a large ERP or a large nurse scheduling application
  • 2 years demonstrated ability to successfully execute medium to complex projects; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management and operational improvement in complex systems

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Master's degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce, Certified Public Accounting (CPA), Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • 2 years subject matter expertise and experience with UKG Productivity is highly desired.  
  • 2 years experience with large scale business transformation and productivity application system implementation projects with scope spanning multiple regions and/or geographies and business process areas

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
