The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.

 

The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Deriving insights through monitoring and reporting on KPIs including acquisitions, traffic and SEO trends
  • Sharing Site metrics on a weekly and monthly basis to inform team of pacing at a channel and product level
  • Creating and managing channel forecast on a monthly basis
  • Creating compelling stories to socialize success, key learnings, conclusions, and implications to the Site strategy
  • Partnering closely with internal teams across finance, technology, and analytics to synthesize reporting data and results related to test and learn initiatives
  • Assisting with the development of strategic briefs to inform the optimization of user experience
  • Maintaining vendor relationships with external analytics/data providers
  • Acting point person to streamline the agile process to efficiently build out, run tests, and implement updates on Site
  • Managing cross-functional relationships and leading weekly meetings across internal partners including Marketing, Technology, Legal/Compliance, Brand, Analytics and Product teams

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • 2+ years of digital marketing and/or web/ marketing analytics experience
  • Comfortable with large data sets to develop forecasting and looking at micro/macroeconomic trends and their impacts
  • Strong mix of analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable deriving insights from data
  • Creative team player mentality to drive over-arching team goals
  • Proficient business acumen, presentation and storytelling skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for customer-centric strategies and experiences
  • Demonstration of strength in organizational skills with relentless attention to detail
  • Self-starter with an ability to navigate a large matrixed organization independently
  • Healthy curiosity for trends, insights, and new developments in the digital landscape

Minimum Qualifications

 

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + b
