Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Director of Business Development to lead strategic growth initiatives for REDLattice’s Technical Services and Product business area that supports the DoD, U.S. Intelligence Community (IC), and Federal Law Enforcement. This role requires a proven track record of capturing large-scale cyber and intelligence contracts, developing customer relationships, and aligning offerings to the unique mission needs of our national security stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to grow the company’s Offensive Cyber footprint across U.S. agencies (e.g., USIC, 16th Air Force, USCYBERCOM, Army Cyber)
- Lead identification, qualification, and capture of new business opportunities in alignment with corporate growth goals.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with DoD customers and key industry partners.
- Collaborate with operations, technical teams, proposal support staff, and executive leadership to shape and position winning solutions.
- Develop and communicate wins strategies and lead proposal development efforts to incude storyboarding, win theme development, proposal writing and editing, etc.
- Drive competitive intelligence and price-to-win strategies for prime pursuits.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring accuracy in forecasts and strategic alignment.
- Represent the company at industry events, classified briefings, and internal strategy sessions.
- Monitor and anticipate evolving customer needs, policy changes, and budget cycles to shape demand and position the company early in the acquisition lifecycle.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 5+ years in business development, specifically focused on DoD opportunities.
- Demonstrated success capturing contracts related to offensive cyberspace operations (OCO).
- Deep understanding of cyber mission needs, threat landscapes, and procurement processes across DoD, USIC, and Federal LE.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
