Digitas’ world-class Precision team is responsible for all digital media activation in this increasingly addressable world, including display, video, mobile, audio, and native. As Analyst of E-Commerce Search Marketing, you’ll manage the tactical components within an integrated Shopper Marketing campaign. You will work within the Digitas SEM capability team to establish performance metrics; report results and foster client and vendor relationships. You’ll identify and implement optimizations, build client decks and status documents, and attend client meetings as the face of our digital media plans.
Most importantly, you must possess a strong inner drive to bring your knowledge and hands-on self-serve expertise across Amazon’s search offerings to a growing team and enjoy working with some of the finest minds in the industry.
Day to day your role includes:
- Contributing as a primary contact for day-to-day clients
- Assisting in the development of program strategies and analyses for clients (e.g., keyword recommendation, day-parting, timing/scheduling strategy)
- Daily campaign monitoring, optimization, reporting and testing
- Establishing and driving paid shopper marketing best practices to assimilate across tactics and activations
- Maintaining a level of quality assurance and accountability for delivering campaigns and executions with precision
- Ensuring that media deliverables meet and align with client goals and objectives
- Help develop performance forecasts, budget allocations and providing data-based rationale for these recommendations
- Providing creative solutions to client challenges
- Contribute to financial processes to active successful media campaigns (i.e., IO management)
- Management of large data sets (i.e., keyword level data, daily performance data, etc)
- Fostering relationship with internal teams (Media, S&A and other capabilities) and external teams while managing multiple client stakeholders
- Active knowledge sharing with capability and broader agency
- Developing and maintaining quality control procedures for campaign implementations
- Understanding and effectively communicating our value proposition, technology, and processes as related to the growth of current and prospective agency accounts
- Adopting established account management standards and program management best practices
- Participating in regular sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance
- Embracing and encouraging a culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity
- Assisting in the development and documentation of best practices for improving communication and collaboration within the team and the group
Qualifications
- A four-year degree
- Internship experience or 1+ years of SEM/e-Commerce/Shopper Marketing experience
- Familiarity with the digital environment and a clear understanding of media planning and buying process (multi-channel knowledge and Criteo, Target, Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, etc. search experience preferred)
- Keen attention to detail and an analytical approach to achieving objectives
- Solid quantitative and research skills, and proven data interpretation capability
- Fluency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
