Job Title: Salesforce Senior Manager

Location: 7322 Southwest Freeway, Suite 1200, Houston, TX, 77074. Telecommuting permitted.

Job Description: The Salesforce Senior Manager will act as the primary Administration and Configuration point of contact and tech resource for Beyond’s corporate Salesforce Org, as well as for production environments. Primary duties include: Manage a team of Salesforce Administrators to resolve advanced issues; Manage the production of Salesforce processes including security, configuration, performance, etc.; Oversee the creation and maintenance of Salesforce Reports and dashboards for our business stakeholders, including the build and transformation of report models, parameterized/customized reports, and dynamic dashboards for end users using Microsoft Power BI and other BI tools to provide key performance metrics; Provide senior level support to internal users, working with Support and Product Managers as needed; Oversee Salesforce performance and load testing, including Lightning usage performance metric management, auditing, Apex/Apex Callout assessment, and code optimization; Utilize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including SOQL, SOSL, Apex Classes, and Visualforce pages, to oversee integration with third-party/external applications including Docusign and Nintex DocGen; Manage Salesforce Jobs that primarily move data between systems; Oversee Salesforce patches and upgrades; and Perform Salesforce backup recovery planning and regular audits. Telecommuting permitted.

Education Requirement: Master’s degree in Computer Science or related.

Experience Requirement: 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Systems Administrator or related

Alternate Requirements: In lieu of a master's degree plus two years of experience, will accept a bachelor's degree plus five years of experience in the same fields.

Special Skills: Must have work experience in each of the following: 1) Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including SOQL, SOSL, Apex Classes, and Visualforce pages, and performing integration of Salesforce with external applications including Docusign and Nintex DocGen; 2)  Salesforce performance and load testing, including Lightning usage performance metric management, auditing, Apex/Apex Callout assessment, and code optimization; 3) Building and transforming report models, parameterized and customized reports, and dynamic dashboards for end users using Microsoft Power BI and other BI tools, including key performance metrics of management of team pipeline reports, quotas, and calls monitoring.
