About the role
- Providing personalized assistance and consulting to our international B2B customers
- Competently creating and supporting customer-generated offers
- Accurately maintaining customer data
- Independently processing and managing orders in our software systems
- Acting as a liaison between customers, external service providers, and internal departments
- Handling and overseeing tender processes
- Conducting regular customer feedback surveys
- A successful qualification in commercial training or a degree in logistics/customs, business administration (BWL), or IT
- Tech-savvy, self-reliant, eager to learn, and a team player
- Several years of professional experience in account management or customer service/support, particularly in a B2B international environment
- Very good German skills and good English skills (B2 level) in both spoken and written communication
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
