Job Function Summary
- Execute initiatives and drive incremental revenue by managing our Comfort Medical Representatives, the Peristeen product lines and working with respective departments to achieve success.
Major Areas of Accountability
- Execute initiatives to drive incremental revenue
- Manage Account Representatives and supporting team to process New patients with CM data base
- Responsible for oversight of patient support
- Work with Sales Managers to develop and execute focused efforts on Initial Enrollment, Winback campaigns, as well as product upgrade initiatives
- Build and implement strategies & programs to meet and exceed the goals with respect to Initial Patient Enrollment and Product Management
- Manage product lifecycle from sales to IV and reimbursement
- Responsible for insuring team is following patient referrals and documentation processes
- Participate in staff meetings to communicate status of team performance and current initiatives
- Prioritize plans and manage strategically
- Significantly contribute to the company's growth and excellent reputation
- Assures that teammates are in compliance with departmental policies and procedures and are applying HIPAA and PHI regulations effectively. May audit systems usage and teammate performance; reports results to Revenue Cycle Senior Manager and may facilitate coaching and counseling of teammates as directed
- Remain knowledgeable of Medicare policies and federal/state regulations that affect activities, and maintain compliance with same
- Monitors billing progress with the goal of billing 100% of orders and resolves all unbilled claims and held revenue
- Looks for ways to improve and promote quality processes within and outside of the department
- Works with the Revenue Cycle Senior Manager to attain weekly/monthly goals for team; promotes a positive and cooperative attitude with the team in order to facilitate a high degree of morale in the department; translates that positive attitude into a productive and loyal workforce
- Generates daily and monthly reports that facilitate workflow metrics and audit processes for the department; distributes to designated staff
- Review departmental issues that impact the team’s ability to process work within the department; conduct processes for quality assurance purposes and to assure that the team is utilizing the most efficient methods for processing of work
- Assist with other duties as required
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
- 5+ years management experience
