Global Engineering & Technology (GET) is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual for the position of Program Manager / Lead Financial Analyst to support USSOUTHCOM in the Miami suburb of Doral, Florida. This role is critical to the success of a government project, subject to contract award by USSOUTHCOM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government contract management, financial analysis, and expertise in SAP and/or Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning Software.
Requirements
Security Clearance & Nationality:
Applicant must have an active U.S. Department of Defense SECRET security clearance and be a citizen of the United States
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Collaborate with government Contracting Officer Representatives and other contract management personnel in the effective management of a government project.
- Utilize expertise in SAP and/or Oracle ERP software, with a focus on Government-Furnished Equipment (GFEBS) and Defense Agency Initiative (DAI).
- Provision end users, provide instruction, and direct less experienced database analysts, programmers, and end users.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and policies related to financial management and contract execution.
- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
Experience:
- Five (5) years of experience working with government Contracting Officer Representatives and other contract management personnel in the management of a government project.
- Five (5) years of experience in SAP and/or Oracle (ERP) Enterprise Resource Planning Software.
- At least three (3) years of experience with Government-Furnished Equipment (GFEBS).
- Ability to provision end users, instruct, and direct less experienced database analysts/programmers/end users.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent in computer science, information systems, business, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
- No degree is required with five (5) years of general experience in SAP and/or Oracle ERP, of which three (3) years must be specialized in GFEBS/DAI.
Note: This position is subject to contract award by USSOUTHCOM.
