Program Manager & Lead Financial Analyst / SECRET Clearance

Contract Type: Subject to contract award by the United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM)

Global Engineering & Technology (GET) is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual for the position of Program Manager / Lead Financial Analyst to support USSOUTHCOM in the Miami suburb of Doral, Florida. This role is critical to the success of a government project, subject to contract award by USSOUTHCOM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government contract management, financial analysis, and expertise in SAP and/or Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning Software.

Requirements

Security Clearance & Nationality:

Applicant must have an active U.S. Department of Defense SECRET security clearance and be a citizen of the United States

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

1. Collaborate with government Contracting Officer Representatives and other contract management personnel in the effective management of a government project.
2. Utilize expertise in SAP and/or Oracle ERP software, with a focus on Government-Furnished Equipment (GFEBS) and Defense Agency Initiative (DAI).
3. Provision end users, provide instruction, and direct less experienced database analysts, programmers, and end users.
4. Ensure compliance with government regulations and policies related to financial management and contract execution.
5. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.

Experience:

1. Five (5) years of experience working with government Contracting Officer Representatives and other contract management personnel in the management of a government project.
2. Five (5) years of experience in SAP and/or Oracle (ERP) Enterprise Resource Planning Software.
3. At least three (3) years of experience with Government-Furnished Equipment (GFEBS).
4. Ability to provision end users, instruct, and direct less experienced database analysts/programmers/end users.

Education:

1. Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent in computer science, information systems, business, or a related scientific or technical discipline.
2. No degree is required with five (5) years of general experience in SAP and/or Oracle ERP, of which three (3) years must be specialized in GFEBS/DAI.

Note: This position is subject to contract award by USSOUTHCOM.
