Responsibilities
Role Overview
This role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy, reducing overall shrink, and minimizing out-of-stock situations for our customers. The position supports daily warehouse operations by reconciling inbound and outbound shipments, performing inventory counts, completing break and rework activities, and helping maintain facility cleanliness and PQI standards.Beyond its financial importance, this role directly impacts customer satisfaction by ensuring the correct cases are delivered accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Accuracy & Control
Reconcile inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accurate inventory levels.
Perform daily floor counts, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
Investigate, document, and resolve inventory discrepancies to minimize shrink.
Warehouse Operations
Receive, unpack, organize, and properly store incoming shipments.
Support break, rework, and repack activities as needed.
Rotate stock and maintain proper product placement to prevent shortages or damages.
Systems & Data Management
Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and other inventory management systems.
Ensure correct entry of product codes, quantities, and storage locations.
Support reporting on inventory levels, adjustments, and movements.
Quality, Safety & Cleanliness
Assist in maintaining PQI satisfaction, facility cleanliness, and organized work areas.
Follow safety standards and operational procedures at all times.
Customer & Business Impact
Support timely and accurate order fulfillment to minimize out-of-stock situations.
Contribute to improved service levels by ensuring correct cases are shipped to customers.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,900 - $73,250.

Qualifications
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory software).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move items (specify weight if applicable).
- Good communication and organizational skills
