SummaryAs a key contributor to the Drug Discovery Technology team, you'll execute protocols for high-throughput in vitro drug screening. Utilizing robotic automation, liquid handling, and assay readout platforms, you will be responsible for in vitro screening data generation and supporting the growth of our platform capabilities. The ideal candidate is a team player with hands-on in vitro assay and drug screening experience and a deep appreciation for interdisciplinary collaboration. Primary Responsibilities

  • In this hands-on bench position, you will execute in vitro assays for high-throughput screening of Kimia chemical libraries.
  • Operate and troubleshoot high-throughput instruments.
  • Keep detailed and organized records of experimental protocols and results.
  • Present findings to project teams.

Experience and Skills

  • BS or MS in cell biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, chemical biology, or related major.
  • At least two years of hands-on research experience with in vitro biochemical or cell-based assays and/or high-throughput technologies for drug discovery.
  • Proficient in assay data analysis.
  • Rigorous experimentalist who thinks critically and takes pride in the quality of data being delivered.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with design, optimization and troubleshooting of in vitro assays is highly desirable.
