- Populate the roster with the estimated manhours required for a check given by the Ryanair Heavy Maintenance Department- as well as the actual man-hours available- in order to highlight any issues that the customer needs to be made aware of; such as the requirement of additional manpower or ground time.
- Ensure, at the end of each check that the roster accurately reflects the actual movement of manpower around the hangar, in order to give visibility of where manpower was lost/gained on each check to satisfy the maintenance schedule.
- At the end of the check, will make a record of ALL tasks completed on the aircraft; consisting of AMP tasks, PERFORMANCE workorders, and NRCs; to generate a TOTAL amount of man-hours used on the check.
- At the end of each check, will review the time tracked hours on each task, and following discussion with check supervisors, ‘zero’ the hours on tasks where they
would normally be included in the AMP man-hours. This ensures the ACTUAL hours on check are fed back accurately.
