respond to resident requests and problems with a high level of customer service
respond to site visits and telephone inquiries and conduct tours of the property
optimize occupancy while maximizing effective leased rent
use sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic levels
maintain a thorough knowledge of property and our competition
prepare all lease-related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
follow policies and procedures in the qualification, screening, and acceptance of applicants
walk move-ins to ensure readiness

Requirements and Qualifications:

previous leasing experience
a professional image
great customer service skills, including written and verbal communication
be a team player with a great outlook
