This Veterinary Assistant should understand patient care and plans of treatments, can do critical thinking and offer exceptional patient care abilities.

Our ideal candidate has a strong focus on exceptional patient care with an understanding of the importance of client communication. We are looking for someone who is team-oriented, organized, and willing to learn new skills and able to help out in all areas of the hospital when needed. The veterinary industry is constantly advancing, and we encourage our staff to do the same. Shift Differential Pay: (discussed more on interview)

Hours of operation:

Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 8:00 pm

Saturday/Sunday 8 am - Midnight

Part-time

Requirements

• It will be mandatory to pick up a few overnight shifts.
• 1-2 years of veterinary experience
• Knowledge of industry tools and equipment
• Experience with proper animal handling and restraint
• Understands the importance of excellent communication skills
