Over the phone, you assist our clients by answering their questions and resolving their basic concerns. Your friendly demeanor comes through in all of your interactions and allows you to build a strong rapport with our clients. Daily you will review applications for policy accuracy and follow up with clients on discrepancies. No matter what their need, question, or problem, our clients know that they can count on you. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy and making sales in our fast-paced office environment. QUALIFICATIONS
