<p><b><u>Job Family</u>:</b></p>Operational Effectiveness (ESA)<p><br/><b><u>Travel Required</u>:</b></p>Up to 10%<p><br/><b><u>Clearance Required</u>:</b></p>Active Secret<p></p><p></p><p><b><u>What You Will Do</u>:</b></p><p>As a PMO & Workforce Transformation Consultant, you will support a Federal client by providing program management office (PMO), change management, and workforce transformation support to a financial management contract. You will collaborate with client leadership and cross-functional teams to drive project execution, improve organizational effectiveness, and support strategic initiatives.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities include:<span> </span></p><ul><li><p>Support PMO operations by developing and maintaining action item trackers and executive-level status reporting.</p></li><li><p>Facilitate meetings, capture decisions and action items, and monitor follow-up activities.</p></li><li><p>Support workforce transformation initiatives through stakeholder engagement, communications planning, organizational readiness activities, and adoption planning.</p></li><li><p>Analyze business processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, transparency, and operational effectiveness.</p></li><li><p>Support financial management activities including planning, reporting, process documentation, audit readiness efforts, and financial operations as applicable.</p></li><li><p>Partner with functional and technical teams to identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain project addendum.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>What You Will Need</u>:</b></p><ul><li><p>An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD <span>security clearance.</span> Candidates with inactive clearance eligible for reactivation will also be considered.</p></li><li><div>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business <span>Management/Administration,</span> Management, <span>Industrial-Organizational</span> Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Economics, or Information Systems. Degree field may be substituted for one of the following active and current certifications issued by appropriate licensing authority:</div><ul><li><div>Certified Public Accountant (CPA)</div></li><li><div>Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)</div></li><li><div>Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)</div></li><li><div>Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM)</div></li><li><div>Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM)</div></li><li><div>Project Management Professional (PMP)</div></li><li><div>Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)</div></li><li><div>Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)</div></li></ul></li><li><p>ONE (1) or more years of professional experience in Federal financial management.
