Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level E-4B Sustainment Support Project Manager 3 to join our team located in Oklahoma City, OK.

 

The selected candidate will Provide capability to help manage our financial and contractual obligations for managing within contract budgets. The E-4B program manages large, yearly amounts of cost reimbursable dollars that are expended in thousands of transactions.

Position Responsibilities:

• Leads the development and executions of individual projects for the program
• Develops program organizational, work structures, scheduling, and execution plans
• Identifies key program-level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners, and customers
• Facilitates the resolution of program issues
• Supports the program manager and program lead in program execution by coordinating program metrics
• Integrates the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices
• Implements customer and program communication and contact plans

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management
• 3+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment
• 3+ years of experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees and all levels of leadership
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment
• Experience with aircraft modification
• Experience with government customers

Typical Education / Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3-5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education

Summary pay range: $81,000 - $110,400.
