In line with our motto "Imagine Your Happiness", we want to work together with doctors and eye specialists to preserve man's most precious sensory organ - healthy eyes for a lifetime of good vision.</p><p>BECOME A PART OF OUR TEAM AND HELP MAKE THIS VISION COME TRUE.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Execute Santen's development and delivery of EMEA HTA, pricing and reimbursement strategies and processes.</li><li>Responsible for acting as the EMEA Market Access Brand Lead</li><li>Support the development and execution of the company's therapeutic area strategies</li><li>Provide strategic advice to EMEA senior management</li><li>Support the preparation and manage the implementation of comprehensive market access plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.</li><li>Lead the development and implementation as part of the EMEA HTA strategy team in preparation for new product launches.</li><li>Communicate and maintain trusted relationships with external customers</li><li>Establish new reimbursement pathways in collaboration with countries</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Advanced degree in economics or related fields</li><li>Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in the healthcare industry with a successful track record in market access and pricing</li><li>Breakthrough product launch experience</li><li>Negotiation skills, particularly with external parties such as governments, payers or healthcare professionals</li><li>In-depth knowledge of European pricing mechanisms and regulations (e.g. IRP interdependencies)</li><li>Analytical &amp; strategic thinking and strong affinity with data/numbers</li><li>Strong project management skills</li><li>Excellent English &amp; German language skills</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally and across organisational units</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Apply now</strong></p><p>We offer flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from home 4 days a week. </p><p>Convinced?
