Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. As an HRBP, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. You will partner closely with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, support talent development, and enhance employee engagement and culture. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance and support in areas such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, and change management.
  • Own payroll, benefits, and other total rewards
  • Advise on and ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Support and coach managers on effective people management practices.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform business decisions and improve HR processes.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Paycom and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Experience in behavioral health
