About the role

Artificial Intelligence Training Specialist

The Opportunity:

Do you want to develop training programs that will transform the field of data science and artificial intelligence (AI) in the federal government? As an artificial intelligence training specialist, you know that even the best tools and processes can’t have impact without the right training. Constructing engaging learning opportunities that teach critical information and tradecraft requires a real passion for understanding the needs of your end user. We have an opportunity for an AI training specialist who is committed to solving some of the toughest challenges in the federal government by crafting effective training to increase data literacy.

As a leader on our team, you’ll work with data science and AI professionals to capture training needs and recommend the right learning solution to help us accomplish our mission to become the largest provider of AI consulting to the government. You will design and develop learning strategies that transform our clients’ workforce to keep pace with an ever-evolving technology landscape.

Putting the learner at the center of the training experience, you’ll provide instructional and strategic rigor as the team designs training material, performance support tools, and learning application experiences. You’ll use your technical skills, creativity, and experience to come up with new ideas to develop an engaging, interactive learning experience on screen or in a classroom. You’ll recommend cutting-edge multimedia technologies and strategies, including blended learning and gamification, to build a successful learning environment. You know communication is key, so you’ll meet with subject matter experts throughout the process to discuss learning material and incorporate feedback. To ensure your solution is hitting the mark, you’ll collect and analyze results using evaluation methodologies such as the Kirkpatrick Model, then fine tune your training for maximum impact. This is a chance to use your deep understanding of instructional design methodologies to build a creative learning experience that will engage learners. Join us as we improve data literacy across the federal government through learner-centered instructional design.
