Then we might be a great match.</p> <h1>Who are we looking for?</h1> <p>We are looking for a People Operations Student Assistant to support our global People Operations team while one of our team members is on parental leave. If you are a curious, structured person with a genuine interest in People Operations, love getting the details right, and find satisfaction in a well-organised process, this role could be a great fit! The working time for this role is expected to be around 15hrs/week.</p> <h1>Key Responsibilities</h1> <ul> <li>Manage HR Systems &amp; Employee Data: Maintain the data in our People systems, primarily in HiBob, so that our data stays clean and trustworthy.</li> <li>Support the Employee Lifecycle: Draft and issue employment contracts and support onboarding and offboarding admin as needed.</li> <li>Handle Employee Requests: Monitor our ticket system (Freshservice) and serve as point of contact for questions from our employees around topics like contracts, policies, and People processes - escalating to specialists where needed.</li> <li>Prepare Internal Data Reports: Pull and prepare People data reports for other teams, helping make sure the business has the information it needs when it needs it.</li> <li>Support People Projects: Help out on a variety of People projects — process improvements, employee-lifecycle initiatives, and whatever comes up as we keep developing our business.</li> </ul> <h1>Qualifications</h1> <p>We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, we imagine the ideal candidate might:</p> <ul> <li>Be currently studying toward a Master's in HRM or another relevant business field.</li> <li>Have some prior work experience, ideally in a People team or related field</li> <li>Have a genuine interest in employment law and people processes</li> <li>Be structured and detail-oriented, with high standards for accuracy and data quality</li> <li>Be responsible and discreet when handling personal and confidential information</li> <li>Be comfortable using HR systems and generally at ease with tech</li> <li>Have strong service-minded communication skills in English</li> <li>Be open to working in an energetic and fast-paced workplace with varied tasks</li> </ul> <p>We encourage you to apply even if you don't tick all the boxes!</p> <h1>The Tea
