Compensation: $17.75 - $17.75/hour

Tessera is seeking a Motivated and Hard-Working Data Entry Operator II with a positive/can-do/helpful attitude.
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
Process clothing records: Enter computer system and update clothing records. Select records to be printed. Print records.
Receptionist: Greet customers. Answer phones. Write down messages. Answer routine questions.
Pull records: Receive records request and locate the record from file cabinet. Transport records by walking up to 1000 feet round trip.
Make copies: Copy memos, adjustment documents, and other documentation throughout the day.
Filing: Write names on labels and attached to files. Alphabetize. File in filing cabinet by alphabetical order.
Customer service: Provide efficient and effective customer service.
Assist in conducting monthly inventories as required.
Inspect clothing records for accuracy.
Input pertinent information into the latest Standard Army Management Information System (STAMIS) in order to create required reports.
Adjustment documents: Write data, including numbers, into logbook. Sequence document numbers. Match documents with clothing records by social security number or DODID. File into filing cabinet in chronological order. Assists in processing cash collections, statements of charge, and Financial Liability Investigations for Property Loss.
All Other Duties as Assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have at least one (1) year of experience working with computers.
Ability to organize and alphabetize according to an established filing system.
Experience working with Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS).
Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work effectively as a team.
Physical Requirements:
Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. The physical demands of this position may be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions on a case-by-case basis.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties.
Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required.
Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.
