Director, Product Management | Leasing and Billing

Aline is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Product Management – Leasing & Billing to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of our core leasing and billing product lines. This role will own the end-to-end product lifecycle and drive development efforts that streamline occupancy management, optimize billing workflows, and elevate the digital experience for our senior living partners.

You’ll lead a high-performing team, collaborate across departments, and represent the voice of the customer to ensure our solutions deliver measurable value, operational efficiency, and a best-in-class user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Own the Leasing & Billing product portfolio, with full accountability for roadmap development, delivery timelines, performance metrics, and strategic alignment with business goals.

• Lead a team of Product Managers and Analysts focused on feature development, enhancements, and continuous improvements that drive accuracy, compliance, and ease of use across leasing and billing workflows.

• Develop product strategy based on customer insights, data analysis, industry trends, compliance requirements, and internal stakeholder input.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and QA to translate product vision into executable development plans, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.

• Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Implementation, and Support to gather feedback, prioritize needs, and align on go-to-market strategies.

• Maintain strong understanding of regulatory requirements, lease structure variations, billing practices, and occupancy reporting unique to the senior living industry.

• Drive feature prioritization and backlog grooming to deliver high-impact outcomes across lease automation, billing accuracy, invoicing transparency, and integration with finance systems.

• Serve as an internal and external evangelist for the Leasing & Billing suite, including product demos, partner presentations, and user adoption planning.

• Track product performance and usage metrics to validate success, identify friction points, and guide future iterations.

• Coach and mentor product team members to build skillsets, drive accountability, and grow Aline’s product management discipline.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of progressive product management experience, including leadership roles.

• Deep domain expertise in leasing and/or billing, ideally within SaaS, PropTech, FinTech, or senior care solutions.

• Proven experience in full lifecycle product ownership — from ideation to delivery and iteration.

• Strong technical acumen and comfort working closely with engineering and data teams.

• Demonstrated ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic planning.

• Skilled in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and cross-functional communication.

• Data-driven decision-maker with a passion for simplifying complex workflows.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong executive presence.

• Experience navigating compliance-driven environments and optimizing systems for billing integrity and lease contract management.

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
