FINANCE ENTITY ACCOUNTING & REPORTING SENIOR SPECIALIST

 

 

What this position is about - Purpose: 

Entity Accounting and Reporting Senior Specialist is responsible for support Finance and FP&A local teams in accounting, 
reporting and FP&A arrea in order to have all data accurate.  At the same time Specialist collaborates with other team 
members and stakeholders from different teams, take part in meetings and in projects assigned to the team. Supports Expert 
if needed and acts as an Expert's backup.

 

What will you do - Responsibilities: 

• Ownership of R2R processes and FP&A processes (i.e. entity planning) from the data collection to analysis to posting initiation and reporting in the area of General Ledger (IFRS and Statutory accounting and reporting)
  • Preparation and analysis of the significant financial transactions impacting the financial statements
  • Preparation of draft IFRS and Statutory reporting timely and in accordance with the IFRS and Local Accounting legislation

•  • Perform key account balances reconciliations such as accruals, accounts payables, prepayments, fixed assets, intangibles and intercompany balances

• • Management of R2R master data for the entities within the cluster (CoA parameters, CC/PC, CIT codes, etc.).
  • Execute J-SOX and SOX controls
