Vista Physical Therapy is hiring full-time PTAs for single-site, clinic-based roles across the East DFW metro. This is not a float or travel position — you’ll work at one specific clinic, selected based on your preferences and location.

You’ll select your preferred clinic during the interview process and remain at that location full-time — no floating required.

Salary & Incentives

• Hourly Pay: Competitive, based on experience

• Monthly incentive bonus: Up to $2,500/month (up to $32,500/year)

• Student loan reimbursement: Up to $25,000

• Sign-on bonus: Available at select clinics

• Total compensation potential: $90,000+ annually depending on hours, experience, and performance

Clinic Overview

Vista Physical Therapy clinics in East DFW provide hands-on, evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care for diverse patient populations. Services may include:

• Orthopedic & sports therapy

• Manual therapy & therapeutic exercise

• Post-surgical rehabilitation

• Spine and TMJ care

• Vestibular rehabilitation

• Work injury rehab and gait/orthotic assessments

As a member of Vista and the Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN), you'll receive strong support, mentorship, and development opportunities in a collaborative, patient-first setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under PT supervision

• Progress and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities

• Accurately document care in EMR

• Collaborate with PTs and support staff to optimize outcomes

• Support day-to-day clinic operations in a safe and positive environment

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program

• Active Texas PTA license (or eligibility)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Outpatient ortho experience preferred, but not required

• New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
