Senior Associate, Trustee & Depositary

This is what #LifeAtBNY is all about.</p> <p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Fund Oversight Manager to join our Trustee &amp; Depositary team. This role is located in Dublin and is Hybrid.</p> <p><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversight and review of various Depositary Fund Oversight tasks including cash monitoring, cash reconciliations, record keeping and ownership verification, and NAV oversight tasks.</li> <li>Interaction with our offshore utilities daily, including oversight and review of related Fund Oversight tasks.</li> <li>Reporting into the Dublin Branch Fund Oversight manager, ensuring assistance with KRI reporting and MI related tasks.</li> <li>Interaction with the Depositary client management teams, answering client related queries and assisting from a due diligence and presentation perspective when needed.</li> <li>Own the Fund Oversight outcomes and deliverables, with clear understanding and priority on results-based deliverables</li> <li>Understanding and implementing any audit related deliverables for the Fund Oversight team – ensuring readiness and embeddedness of any previous audit related actions.</li> <li>Bring enthusiasm, drive and energy to Fund Oversight team and process<br/> </li> </ul> <p><strong>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in financial services industry with a Fund Accounting or Depositary background</li> <li>The ability to apply backlog prioritization to ensure KRI deliveries are achieved.</li> <li>Can develop partnerships across the Trust and Depositary world, including the utilities, the remaining on shore Depositary locations and management.</li> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</li> <li>Understanding and implementation of governance and risk related regimes and appropriate controls while ensuring robust oversight is in place across all functions. </li> </ul> <p><br/><strong>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
