What the Role Is

Babylist is looking for a Warehouse Associate for our brand-new warehouse in Lockbourne, Ohio! As a warehouse associate you will play a key role in getting product efficiently and accurately shipped directly to customers. Within this role, you will be picking, packing and shipping merchandise according to procedures, and ensuring the quality expectations of the business. It requires steady, fast-paced work and focuses on the accurate picking/packing of many items. 

Who You Are

• Proficient in English sufficient to understand and follow rules, training, and instructions necessary for operational safety and efficiency
• Can stand and walk for long periods of time
• Able to meet productivity standards and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Posses a team player attitude and can contribute to a positive work environment
• Reliable and accountable 
• Previous experience in a distribution center is preferred but not required

• Picking, Packing, and shipping orders to customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Engage in training and meetings to grow your knowledge and skillset
• Keep warehouse area clean and always organized
• Understand safety guidelines for department and maintain a safe work environment
