Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Quality Assurance Representative to support MH-139 maintenance efforts at Maxwell AFB, AL. The individual will work closely with the MH-139 Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning, execution and delivery of Quality products and services.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance.
  • Performs inspections on aircraft for maintenance activities on the MH-139 platform
  • Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures
  • Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems
  • Performs internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements
  • Documents audit results in standard formats
  • Works under general supervision

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance
  • 5+ years rotary wing experience
  • 3+ years of Quality Assurance Inspector experience (CDI, CDQAR, QAR)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Technical data experience
  • DCMA INST 8210.1C experience
  • AS9100 Revision D experience
  • Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery
