A Day in the Life

Join our dynamic team in Danvers, MA, as a Senior Supervisor in the Extrusion department, where you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence in safety, quality, and productivity.

This leadership position offers the opportunity to oversee and optimize production processes, manage resources, and mentor a talented team within a highly regulated medical manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Development and implementation of activities in the production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
• Driving safety, quality, and productivity.
• Prioritizing production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Planning and administering procedures and budgets.
• Making budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor.
• Selecting and developing personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function.
• Developing schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
• Management of Financial and Material Resources, Critical Thinking, Project Management, Management of Personnel Resources, Collaboration and Productivity Software, and Effective Communication Skills.
• Achieving manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

Minimum Requirements (Must Have):

• Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, and process execution.
• Requires advanced knowledge of the job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
• Require 3+ years of experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels, from direct reports to leadership.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Prior extrusion or braiding experience
• Experience using data analysis software.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$77,600.00 - $116,400.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California.
