Job Description: Senior Manager, Fraud Fusion Center (FFC)

About the Role:

The Senior Manager, Fraud Fusion Center (FFC), will play a critical role within the GI Enterprise Fraud Investigations organization, reporting directly to the Senior Director of the FFC. This position is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the FFC, driving enterprise-wide fraud mitigation strategies, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to proactively identify and address fraud risks.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the development and initial execution of the FFC, working closely with the senior director, other senior managers, and managers.
  • Convene and engage key stakeholders in a structured, collaborative process to share critical information, align priorities, and drive unified strategic action.
  • Aggregate, analyze, and act upon fraud-related intelligence across the enterprise, leveraging technology, processes, and documentation within a centralized hub.
  • Drive a coordinated, enterprise approach to fraud mitigation by enhancing cross-functional collaboration and aligning strategies to enterprise risk over functional interests.
  • Partner with Global Technology and the Investigative Risk & Operational Compliance Center (IROCC) on technology requirements to streamline fraud detection and prevention.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to share findings, align risk profiles, and execute enterprise-wide mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of fraud workstreams, including the identification of fraud data sources, technology, and tools.

  • Collaborates effectively with senior leadership and managers to support the development and initial execution of strategic initiatives like the FFC.
  • Skilled at convening and engaging diverse stakeholders in a structured, collaborative process to share information, align priorities, and drive coordinated action.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills in aggregating and interpreting fraud-related intelligence, using technology and centralized resources to inform decision-making.
  • Champions a unified, enterprise-wide approach to fraud mitigation that balances cross-functional collaboration and aligns strategies with broader enterprise risk.
  • Partners seamlessly with technology teams and compliance centers to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance fraud detection and prevention.
  • Facilitates productive stakeholder meetings to communicate findings, align risk assessments, and support the execution of mitigation strategies across the enterprise.
  • Continuously seeks opportunities to improve fraud prevention efforts by identifying new data sources, technologies, and tools to strengthen workstreams.
