Overview
Position Summary:
This position sits within Worldwide Communications (Marketing Communications) and reports to the Senior Manager of Worldwide Communications. The role focuses on advancing global product brand marketing through strong creative leadership, clear messaging, and high‑impact campaign planning. It is responsible for developing campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, and marketing assets that support product brands across their lifecycle, from launch through sustained promotion.
The role partners closely with product teams and regional marketing teams to deliver cohesive, ready‑to‑use campaign elements that enable consistent execution across markets while allowing for local activation. In addition to campaign development, the position contributes to global standards, processes, and planning that support efficient, high‑quality delivery of promotional assets and programs.
Success in this role requires independent initiative, strong business acumen, outstanding organizational skills, demonstrated experience in brand marketing and advertising, and the ability to influence without authority.
Position is based in Bedford, MA on a hybrid basis (3 days minimum onsite)
Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage downstream product marketing for Acute Care Diagnostics or Hemostasis
- Project management for end-to-end promotional material development, partnering closely with external agencies and MLR approvals
- Manage internal communications and PR
- Edit and proofread manuscripts and layouts
- Assess and provide input on graphic layouts, based upon sound design principles
- Develop marketing strategies, product positioning and messaging
- Plan and execute global product advertising program
- Manage global tradeshow planning and related activities
- Partnering internally, update product information on website, regularly and as needed
- Maintain/manage budgets

- People management experience preferred, or demonstrated potential to lead and develop others
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross‑functional teams
- Experience with MLR approval platforms
Qualifications
Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Marketing Communications, either industry‑side or agency‑based
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred, particularly within medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or similar regulated environments
International Mobility Required: No
Travel requirements:
- Approximately 20% of time
