About the Retail Data Management and Governance Team
In Retail Data Management and Governance (DMaG), we are dedicated to empowering Retail Bank with trustworthy and well-managed data. The team is responsible for critical data management processes, providing oversight and ensuring policy and control compliance.
Retail Data Management and Governance is organized into five teams:
Compliance & Controls-Establishes data management protocols - enables and supports policy compliance.
Production Analytics- Crafts resilient analytic solutions to ensure a trusted, secure, and modern data environment.
Engagement-Establishes partnerships and meaningful interactions with the data community while improving their experience.
Data Protection- Acts as the trusted single source of truth for all things customer by providing the highest quality of relevant, insightful, real-time customer data that’s easily usable and consistently accurate.
Data Management Operations- Manage critical data management processes, provides oversight, and ensures policy and control compliance.
About the Role
As a Senior Associate of Process Management within the Data Management and Governance team, you will be aligned to the Data Management Pipeline Product team within the Engagement team. The mission of the Product team is to make data management and governance easier in Retail Bank.
Key Responsibilities
Product Planning & Governance - Partner with the team to manage the rhythms to drive effective planning and monthly governance routines
Maintaining the roadmap for the product for long term planning of feature development and priorities
Defining success & counter metrics with a tracking methodology, to include creating materials for updating leadership
Launch planning and execution for the product
Team Confluence page maintenance
Creating compelling resources to share our story with stakeholders and users

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 2 years experience in Process or Project Management
At least 2 years experience in Relationship Management
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with senior stakeholders
3+ years experience in Process or Project Management
