As a Supervisor Customer Accounts in at RXO, you will be responsible for supervising a team of associate analysts.  You will be an escalation point for your team as well as a liaison between multiple internal groups and external carriers.  You will maintain metrics for your team and report out on them regularly.  On our team, you’ll have the support to excel at work, and the opportunity to build a rewarding career.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Maintain overall team metrics
• Act as an escalation point for any associate analysts
• Update Sales and Operations managers on problem accounts and what actions have been taken & as a team come to a final resolution
• Ensure daily carrier manifest and aging reports are being reviewed and reported out on
• Validate data integrity of all loads being entered by associate analysts
• Audit carrier freight bills and interpret tariffs and contracts
• Investigate and root cause any errors on freight bills
• Identify, facilitate, and improve the efficiency for billing cycle time and invoice routing

 

What you’ll need to excel:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Leadership Experience
• 2+ years of LTL billing experience
• General knowledge of auditing customer accounts & LTL Carrier Tariff agreements
• Experience managing team metrics

 

 

It’d be great if you also have:

• Alteryx Experience
• Salesforce/CRM Experience
• Monday.com Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
