About the role

Receives direction from the Operations Manager and Operations Administrator. Gives direction to Call center and Administrative Assistants staff. Works cooperatively with physicians, medical staff, and all other allied health staff. Interacts professionally with patients, treating them with dignity and respect. 

Responsible for the daily operations of the assigned area, including general business activities and direct supervision of staff. Routinely interfaces with various departments to integrate the practice. Responsible for assessment of reference labs compliance with Joint Commission, CLIA and CAP requirements prior to CLIA director’s approval for on boarding a new reference lab. Responsible for annual evaluation of reference labs performance as well as the annual a review and assessment of existing contracts. Administer the full scope of the New Reference Lab Test intake process from point of request receipt to contract execution in collaboration with the contracting office.  Assist Ancillary Services with data review and analysis as needed. 

 

High School  diploma or GED required.   Must have previous supervisory experience and demonstrate well-developed leadership and customer service skills.

**This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Also, Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program**

Additional Skills and Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft word, and Microsoft PowerPoint is required. Prior project management experience is preferred.
