Junior Level IT Support Associate

This role is a remote position. All viable candidates must live within a commutable distance to Windsor Mill MD in case of urgent IT issues arise
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic IT Support Associate to join our IT team. The successful candidate will assist in providing technical support to our internal staff, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and contribute to the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technology support both remotely encompassing advanced problem diagnosis and resolution, equipment setup/repair, and assistance with network/server troubleshooting/patching.
• Manage helpdesk support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of end user issues.
• Assist with or coordinate the repair of end user hardware and the reinstallation of software as needed to resolve incidents.
• Analyze information, identify key issues and relationships, and draw logical conclusions; pinpoint root causes of problems and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Address incidents related to company-standard end user software and hardware, including mobile/hand-held technologies, while identifying sources and trends of technical problems to prevent future occurrences within established processes and SLAs
• Support general technology needs.
