This position is aligned with system service lines to project financial investments in new and existing physician activities and requirements of hospital and ancillary based departments in current and future investments in physician total rewards, performance, capital requirements, timing, implementation and integration. This position is also responsible for effective and timely communication as it relates to the finance and physician compensation function(s) to both internal and external teams

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business; Business Administration, Finance, or related field

7-10 years’ experience in Management in a related field

CPA - Certified Public Accountant- Preferred

Job Overview:

This position administers and coordinates all TriHealth Physician Partners (TPP) budgeting assumptions, provider and physician-based facility performance, month end and year-end financial reporting, financial analysis modeling, financial planning and business planning assumptions and reporting, and all daily functions as it relates to finance procedures and operations. This includes the monitoring, reporting, and improving of all revenue, expenses, and productivity through internal and external benchmark metrics in monthly operating reviews. This position also administers, coordinates, and recommends Provider compensation development, implementation, communication, compliance, and oversight related to provider contracting, internal controls and adequately safeguarding TriHealth assets and adequate prevention for TriHealth liabilities.
