We are seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the first point of contact for our Residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Departments. This role involves answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and providing an outstanding customer experience with every interaction.

Compensation: Hourly $15-$20 an hour depending on experience 

Schedule:  Day Shift,  Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming service calls from homeowners needing HVAC, plumbing, or electrical support.
  
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on past service, and assist with scheduling.
  
• Accurately input and manage customer information in our dispatching software.
  
• Prioritize and schedule service calls based on urgency, location, and technician availability.
  
• Communicate clearly with field technicians to coordinate daily job flow and updates.
  
• De-escalate customer concerns and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  
• Assist with administrative tasks such as warranty paperwork, service plan renewals, and basic billing questions.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or dispatching (home services or trades preferred).
  
• Strong phone communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software systems.
  
• Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to helping others.
