Job Description Summary
The Greenville Customer Center Administrator will support all aspects of operating the center, interacting each day with contacts across the globe to plan meetings, tours and other services required to ensure a smooth experience while on campus. They will also serve to plan and coordinate AMW activities for both external and internal customers.Job Description
Essential Functions:
- All aspects of customer visit planning including weekly schedule communication, scheduling rooms, campus wide tours, transportation, and catering among other duties.
- Maintain and make improvements to the Greenville customer meeting workflow, incorporating any customer feedback into the process.
- Maintain an active list of tour guides for each building including the Standera Building, Test Stand, Combustion, Advanced Manufacturing Works, Repair Development Center, GT Outage Simulator and the M&D Center.
- Ensuring smooth operation of the Greenville Customer center, partnering with others to cover large or multiple meetings in times of heavy demand.
- Serve on the execution team during senior leadership visits or other events hosted in Greenville. Examples include GEV Board of Directors visits, GEV and other CEO visits.
- Support AMW events as needed with conference rooms, tours, catering among other duties. Examples include United Way, Lean events, Engineering week.
- Partner with maintenance team to keep the customer center facility operational, communicate any deficiencies to leadership.
- Support site security and EHS team, ensuring site safety policies and procedures are followed by internal and external guests, while on campus.
- Support AMRT communications and event planning when required.
Basic Qualifications
- 7 years or more related experience
- Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
Desired Characteristics
- Previous experience in an Executive Administrator role
- Preferred previous experience organizing customer events.
- Preferred previous experience supporting a senior leader.
- Consistent demonstration of the GE Vernova Way Behaviors
