Your Key Responsibilities

• Supporting various projects within the context of the strategic people and culture initiative, such as employee engagement and talent attraction 
• Preparing of decision-proposals and communicating materials, e.g., presentations, analysis and assessments
• Receiving insights into content creation and supporting maintenance the intranet pages for internal communications 
• Concept-creation and support in facilitation
• Assisting in the organization of events and team workshops
• Working closely with colleagues from across the Region Europe

Your Qualifications

• Student of economics, social science, or a comparable field of study
• First practical experience preferable, ideally in the field of human resources (e.g., internship or working student position)
• Very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint
• Independent, responsible, and customer-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and collaborative skills as well as organizational talent and flexibility
• Fluent in spoken and written German and English
