Primary Duties and Responsibilities

As the Compliance Administrative Specialist, you will provide administrative and analytical support to the Office of Compliance Services (OCS) managers and department. Primary duties include:

Managing and maintaining complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, travel, seminars, conferences, and other engagements.

Coordinating meetings for individuals, groups, committees, and task forces, including managing all logistics and recording meeting minutes.

Assisting in the preparation of agendas, presentations, training materials, and correspondences. 

Entering, updating, and monitoring cases in the Compliance database (C360).

Triaging inquiries to the respective compliance team. 

Salary Range: $29.42/hour - $42.14/hour 


Job Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of administrative assistant experience. • Proven experience managing calendars, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel.• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including ability to create presentations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional writing and editing.• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams.• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.• Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and high-volume workloads.• Bachelor’s degree – preferred.• Familiarity with case management systems (e.g. C360) – preferred. • Knowledge of AI tools and applications – preferred.
