Full-Time | Grand Rapids Location 
Are you a friendly, compassionate person who enjoys helping others feel comfortable and cared for? We’re looking for a Receptionist / Medical Assistant to join our Grand Rapids team and be a welcoming presence for our patients every day. 
 
This is a dual role where you’ll support both the front desk and clinical team, helping our practice run smoothly while providing excellent care and service to our patients. 

What You’ll Do 


Greet patients with kindness and help them feel at ease 



Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient questions 



Support providers and clinical staff throughout the day 



Participate in team meetings, training, and quality improvement activities 



Help maintain a safe, organized, and positive environment

QualificationsQualifications 


High school diploma required 



Graduate of a Medical Assisting program



Medical office or patient-care experience is a plus 



Basic patient care skills and familiarity with medical office workflows 


Reports to: Nursing Manager / Director of Nursing
