We work together to strengthen the care in our communities while providing patients access to a broad network of specialists and advanced services.</span></li><li><span>This position supports patients and providers across Trinity Health Medical Group practices located throughout the greater Grand Rapids area </span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u><span>Position Summary:</span></u></b></p><p></p><p><span>The Pharmacy Technician will primarily support an anticoagulation clinic in Grand Rapids, MI.  Pharmacy technician support involves triaging phone calls on a multi-line system, processing patient referrals, scheduling patient appointments and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient medical records. The technician may also be called upon to support additional ambulatory pharmacy clinics as needed, ensuring seamless coordination and continuity of care across services.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>What the Pharmacy Technician will Need:</span></b></p><ul><li>High school education or equivalent.
