Qualifications

Job Summary 

Coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials and products, ensuring accurate inventory records, and overseeing the smooth operation of the warehouse.  

 

Job Responsibilities 

Inventory Management: Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders, update inventory records, and monitor stock levels. 

 

Order Fulfillment: Prepare and fulfill customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of shipments. 

 

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports related to warehouse activity.

 

Safety and Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and procedures. 

 

Problem Solving: Identify and address discrepancies, shortages, or quality issues.

 

Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors, warehouse team members, customers, and other departments. 

 

Qualifications 

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment to include driving a forklift
