Intake Specialist

We are looking for an Intake Specialist to join our team! This person will play a vital role in greeting and assisting new clients as their first point of contact and offering them a warm and professional introduction to our firm.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client intake calls in both English and Spanish, gathering case details, client information, and required documents.
• Ensure clear and empathetic communication to make clients feel supported and understood.
• Maintain detailed case notes in our case management system.
• Address client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client intake is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to actively listen to clients.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Tech savvy and good typing skills is a plus.

Compensation: $20-$25 hourly + bonus eligibility
