Provides general office, document preparation and administrative support for an individual, department, office or designated staff group.Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to multiple physicians within the department.
- Maintains faculty calendars, scheduling meetings, and as needed, coordinating travel duties that may include conference registration, managing appointments and itineraries, travel arrangements, preparing trip materials and expense reports. Ā
- Maintains physician curriculum vitae and Missouri/Illinois licensure.
- Assists with physician re-credentialing of hospital privileges every two years.
- Prepares correspondence as needed.Ā Assists physician in completing forms, scans and faxes documents, prepares copies as needed, maintains files (electronic and hard).
- Responds to EPIC tasks as needed.
- Answers phones, responds to inquiries from physicians, nursing staff, office staff, and other callers as needed.
- Receives, sorts and distributes mail.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

$17.87 - $27.06 / HourlyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
