Distribution inside sales specialist EMEA

Job Description

As a Distribution Inside Sales Specialist, you will report to the Distribution Sales Manager. Your mission will be to manage and support commercial activities in coordination with the team.

 

Management of external collaboration

• Manage specific distributor price requests after alignment with DSM and Business Team.
• Provide Customers with requested Product Information and Documentation.
• Liaise with Technical Service team to qualify Customers’ request, needs and objectives.

 

Management of internal collaboration

 

• In coordination with Distribution Sales Manager (DSM), provide support to daily sales operations.
• Work in close collaboration with internal functions (Customer Service, Business Team, R&D, Technical Service, Finance Department,…) to deliver sales budget and build a strong opportunity pipeline.
• Monitor and Ensure Customers Payment are made on time.

 

Continuous improvement

• Support distributors sample requests.
• Qualify new leads for the Territory and follow up as needed.
• Develop, Maintain Service Scorecard for selected Distributors.

 

Qualifications

You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position and are willing to develop your career in sales

You are fluent in French and English with an excellent knowledge of Pack office.

 

Education

Master degree in chemistry ou technical field or commercial oriented
