Government Consultant

What does a successful Government Consultant do? 

As a Government Consultant at Fiserv, you will play a critical role in partnering with government agencies to deliver innovative financial solutions that enhance their operations. You will leverage your expertise to drive insights and strategic initiatives that align with the specific needs of our government clients. Operating at the intersection of technology and government services, you will help transform financial services processes to be more efficient and effective.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with government agencies to understand their financial services needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to improve financial processes and systems within government agencies.
• Conduct thorough analysis of current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Provide expertise in government regulations and compliance to ensure all solutions meet legal and policy standards.
• Lead project teams in the implementation of new financial solutions, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for government staff on new solutions and best practices.
• Act as a liaison between Fiserv and government clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

What you will need to have:

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, engaged in project and customer relationship management.
• Experience in stakeholder management and client relationship building.
• Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.

What would be great to have:

• Business Intelligence experience that includes Excel, SQL and Tableau expertise.
• Experience in consulting for government services or financial sectors.

Salary Range

$66,300.00 - $113,700.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
