You will work on engaging projects with some of the largest banks in the world, on projects that will transform the financial services industry.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead PMO with strong financial and project governance across banking domain projects.</li> <li>Govern multiple QPR initiatives dealing with Bank’s top 5 programmes.</li> <li>Lead Portfolio PMO profiles with generic skills to supplement their current portfolio that already has Tech centric talent (PM, PMO).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience & Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong PM, PMO and people management experience in consulting/banking environment and accountability for complex projects especially in Insurance Industry/Project</li> <li>Ideal candidate to have exp in handling Regulatory, ISO programmes with robust project mgmt skills in X-QPR environment.</li> <li>Solid experience in project governance, quality assurance, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependency) management, change control, communications, programme planning, reporting, and budgeting.</li> <li>Ability to analyse data and manage carding or re-carding initiatives</li> <li>Strong experience reporting to and dealing with senior internal stakeholders</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHY JOIN CAPCO?</strong></p> <p>You will work on engaging projects with some of the largest banks in the world, on projects that will transform the financial services industry.</p> <p><strong>We offer:</strong></p> <p>A work culture focused on innovation and building lasting value for our clients and employees</p> <p>Ongo
