THE JOB:
As a Spa Receptionist, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE: $16.24
THE-DAY-TO-DAY:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics and exceed guest expectations
Follow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
Assist Management in staff scheduling based on the needs of our guests along with the daily and monthly staff performance
Research, develop, recommend, implement and evaluate employee commendations
Meet with Management every week and assist in conducting pre-shifts/meetings/communicating valuable information
Partner with Management to create Employee Training Guides along with staff trainings
Provide services including but not limited to, assisting all guests with Spa and/or Salon appointments, check guests in and out of facility, provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to the spa and salon clients, provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions, ensure professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees, manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of spa/salon software system
Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
Perform other job-related duties as requested
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
Perception and awareness of individual needs and the ability to handle all situations calmly and professionally
Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
Basic knowledge computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine
Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
