Summary of Position:

The Training Operations Associate serves the Learning Services Team to ensure timely management of tracking reports and policy implementation. The Training Operations Associate handles a variety of data management functions for the High-Dosage Tutoring and On Demand Tutoring programs, and works closely with our recruiting, onboarding, and training teams. The Training Operations Associate will report to the Director of Training and Process Improvement.

 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training projects
  • Execute data reports and queries related to On-Demand and High-Dosage tutoring operations for cross-functional Learning Services teams
  • Utilize project management software to support cross functional teams in new customer implementations
  • Support the recruiting and onboarding teams to make informed decisions about tutor staffing and to ensure appropriate tutor pools for upcoming partnerships
  • Manage High-Dosage Tutors’ adherence to policies affecting their time sheets, attendance, and other applicable laws and regulations
  • Assure prompt and accurate payroll information and reports for all High-Dosage tutors
  • Run data reports and conduct data analysis on subject exam performance
  • Enter new subject exams into the assessment system
  • Utilize effective workflows to meet operational KPIs and identify opportunities to streamline processes for ideal program implementation
  • Assist with various team projects

 

Education, Background, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in operations, data, or administrative roles
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office software
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Preference given to applicants with experience using Inspire Planner project management software
  • Preference given to applicants with SQL experience
  • Experience working in the education industry is a plus

 

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
