THE WORK:

We are looking for a dynamic, highly analytical and collaborative individual to join our growing Treasury team at Ripple. The Senior Treasury Analyst, Crypto Operations will be involved in all aspects of global crypto treasury operations and will support the rapid growth of the company’s On-Demand Liquidity product as well as other products and key initiatives.

Reporting to the Treasury Manager, Crypto Operations, this position will be responsible for crypto funding and settlement operations, crypto forecasting and reporting, crypto exchange onboarding, and product testing support.

This individual will collaborate daily with cross-functional team members and Ripple’s external partners.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Crypto Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare and analyze daily crypto positions, ensuring adequate liquidity is available to meet global financial obligations. Own crypto forecasting and reporting. Update and improve reporting to account for new assets and product lines.
• Crypto Funding and Settlement Operations: Initiate crypto payments related to Ripple’s On-Demand Liquidity product, process daily settlements with OTC desks and exchanges and withdraw trade proceeds to corporate wallets. Collaborate with Middle Office and Payment Operations teams to manage exceptions and process customer withdrawals.
• Crypto Product Support: Support product testing initiatives. Initiate whitelisting requests, collaborate with Finance Integrations, Product, and Engineering teams to operationalize new product workflows.
• Liquidity Venue Onboarding: Support onboarding to crypto exchanges, OTC desks, and crypto service providers.
• Projects and General Support: Provide support to Fiat Treasury, Accounting, Fin. Ops, Tax, Compliance, other cross-functional teams. Support ad hoc projects.
